TCPA: Express Written Consent
Telephone Consumer Protection Act Disclosure & Policy
By checking the consent boxes on our lead form and providing your telephone number to ATSF&P INC, you are providing your express written consent to be contacted by ATSF&P INC or its designated representatives for non-emergency transactional and marketing communications under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.
1. Scope of Communications
Communications may include phone calls, pre-recorded voice messages, text/SMS messages, and emails relating to:
- Strategy call scheduling and reminders
- Information regarding our performance coaching programs
- Client service updates, account notifications, and promotional updates
2. Automated Technology
You acknowledge and agree that communications may be transmitted using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), automated text messaging systems, or artificial/prerecorded voice messages to the telephone number you provided.
Consent is voluntarily provided. The SMS consent checkboxes on our lead form are optional and unchecked by default. Marketing SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to provide consent as a mandatory requirement to purchase coaching services or products from ATSF&P INC.
3. Opt-Out & Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message received from ATSF&P INC. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. You may also request help or support by replying HELP or emailing josh@ironlanecoaching.com.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates applied by your wireless carrier may apply to all incoming and outgoing text communications. Message frequency varies depending on your coaching schedule and interaction level.
5. Mobile Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Phone numbers, wireless data, and SMS consent opt-in records collected for text messaging will NOT be sold, rented, shared, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

This consent agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Operating regions include the USA and Canada.
